Excellent physiotherapy company in Stirling. I was sent there after having a car accident. I can not thank the staff enough for helping me to heal, being considered with how they dealt with my situation and making a difficult situation bearable.Friendly receptionist who is a delight. Tom the physiotherapist really is a skilled professional. Giving me exercise homework and helping me during sessions. I would not of been able to heal without them. Very clean venue. Bathroom to use when there. Sufficient Street parking at a cost. Some items to purchase like insoles etc. I would definitely recommend this company as they offer a wide range of treatments for all physio needs.
Tom is a fantastic physio, very personable and quickly puts you at ease. He pinpointed the source of my hip and back issue in minutes and explained very clearly and what we had to about it. He set good homework and had a clear plan for strengthening the areas that needed it. My running times are coming down again and I know how to manage these niggles better if they flair up.
I was referred by insurance company after a car accident. Very friendly and efficient service from both clinical and admin staff. Tom put me at ease, gained my trust and I saw an improvement in my condition from the very first visit. Would highly recommend
I have seen many professional therapists for my pain and by far Andrew Hunter has been the only one to help alivate my symptoms. His professional bedside manner has put me at ease many times when I thought I was going insane. Without his assistance I would still be clueless about the cause of my pain.
I had never used physiotherapy before and it was fantastic. Tom was my therapist and he made it simple yet effective to correct my shoulder issue. Appointments were a breeze and the facility is just fine.
Excellent service from booking an appointment to finishing physio input . . They give you reminders of appointments which I found very useful. Tom was professional throughout and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a physio.
Absolutely brilliant service, listened to what was wrong an got to work straight away on solving issues. 7 visits an my shoulder feels brand new. All pain gone.
I've been seeing Tom from MacFarlane Physiotherapy for many years now and i couldn't recommend him highly enough! Professional, carrying, knowledgeable, experienced specialist that will always find a way to help you with your pain.
My physio took the time to understand my issue and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why which was really appreciated as I’d had the same sciatic issue for some time. Treatment was successful - still do stretches etc at home daily but haven’t had any of the pain I used to experience. Really friendly and thorough service :
I've used MacFarlane Physiotherapy for two different injuries ankle and then recovery from a broken wrist and had great service. I was given clear instructions and demonstrations to support me between sessions. No hesitation in recommending wholeheartedly.
