An ideally placed site. I had very little interaction with staff, but it's a clean and inviting site with some facilities, including a site food and games area. Prices vary a lot, so it's worth doing the research first.Rooms: 4/5
We didn't book through the resort, we had a private chalet on the park. It's a lovely little park, very quiet.Rooms: 5/5
I stayed in this park recently, with my daughters. The Park itself is well maintained and clean, and the grass is looked after very well. It's close to the beach and approximately 30 kins walk to the centre of Mablethorpe. The restaurant and the Bar: Good selection of alkohol drinks for very reasonable prices. Food is passable; the price reflects on it. The building itself is very dated but clean. Playground for children also could do with upgrade and swings a good clean. Unfortunately, nothing is organised entertainment wise, neither for the children or adults, apart from the bar and big screen. So when it rains, you will need to entertain your little ones.
This was a really nice apartment. Also very close to the beach. There is a path directly opposite the chalet that leads to the beach so you don't have to take the long route that google map may show youRooms: 5/5
Avoid if you have children my little boy of 4 years old got punched in the face repeatedly whilst playing in their "secured environment" and ruined his whole experience, he was so excited to go on holiday but the staff and people are rude and condescending. The children who attacked my son ran off and no where to be seen. Avoid at all costs
Visited during October half term as was unfortunately unable to during the six weeks holiday. Great value for a lovely clean caravan, had plenty of space for my four year old to play during the evenings. It was really easy to get in touch with the owners regarding our stay. It took us a little to find the caravan but the site was lovely and had parking close by. Not too far from the beach but a little walk to go into the town. We thoroughly enjoyed it
We stayed in an owners caravan and you are not allowed to park on the grass near your caravan. We had to walk 7 caravans to get to the caravan we were in from the parking area. As we were disabled this was very difficult when taking luggage to the van. Noteworthy details: You really need a car, have a mobility scooter or to be a good walker if you hire these chalets or caravans.

Nice chalet park clean and they keep the lawns mowed regularly
It was a private rental caravan which was immaculate. The site is clean & well kept, grass is kept cut unfortunately at 8am! . Only went in the onsite bar once, only a couple of other people in so they closed at 10pm, football on the TV with no one watching it. We went elsewhere the rest of the week. Great location for town & the fantastic beach. Will definitely be there again Nearby activities: Mablethorpe is a small place but there are amusements, shops, bars & plenty of places to eat. Blue flag beaches. Tow Bar on Holivans is a great place quiz night, karaoke, bingo etc. Fabulous staff in there Food & drinks: Saltys for the best fish & chips. The Louth for a beer. Tow Bar on Holivans is a great bar, excellent beer at a great price.
