Such a great store! So friendly and helpful - we got a lot of brilliant advice and some great kit for a six week bike trip. As someone new to touring it was great to speak to people who really knew what they were talking about and I'm confident that I'll be well equipped for my trip. Thank you Deka!
I bought the ultimate direction adventure vesta through Amazon. I Wore it for the first time,over a vest, on a hot day, with my full Lakeland 50 kit and ran 16 coastpath miles. So comfortable. I'm 5'4 and a size 10. The xs/s is perfect, would easily fit up to a size 12. Everything fitted in easily, pockets in the right places. Only issue was that the bungee on the outside snapped and here is where the customer service came in... I emailed DEKA mud x sweat x gear on the Saturday afternoon. The issue was a manufacturer's fault. By Monday a replacement bungee was on its way to me. Great product and the best customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you DEKA
I am the most awkward customer that has probably ever graced these brilliant patient people, after getting out 7 boxes of shoes I have incredibly wide footsies and several doggie cuddles later I came to the conclusion of a pair of Altras great selection here but sadly I had to return them as my feet really are that wide, no issues and still the same great service. Not to mention I tried on socks, had my gait inspected, inclusive of this my wife was selecting her trainers. Excellent knowledge about races and local events so much so me and my wife are entered into our first 10k, you can't beat going to this shop even if it's for a chat, doggie smushies or to actually buy items. Apologies if I haven't mentioned names my memory is awful will definitely buy from here again if I wasn't such a freak. Thank you from Laurie and nina. Also great selection of magazines!!! And my wife loves the new hokas
