I use M & S predominantly for Gluten-free products. This store seems to have reduced it's gluten free range. Also poorly stocked.

Nice good hall. Easy to get around. Just get a ticket in the car park before you go in to display on your dashboard. Free for the first hour I think. Not too big of a place. Easy access and lots of selection.

The staff are so lovely, especially Millie who always makes me feel welcome..

Quality products and and excellent range which should satisfy most customers.nCustomer service is very good, the staff in the food hall and cafe are always very helpful.nThe cafe is  a welcome place to have refreshments.nGood size carpark available, which is free for the first hour. Ticket  free must be obtained from ticket machine  and displayed on the dashboard

It's really frustrating coming everyday for an item and it's always empty. If it's popular why not increase the weekly order?
