Absolute favourite camping store to go to, staff are always asking if they can help with anything and they have such a wide range of equipment including fudge! at great prices. Would thoroughly recommend this place for all your camping needs!
Please note this is for an online purchase, not this physical store. This has been a very poor experience purchasing from Millets online owned by JD Sports. Customer Care have refused to take responsibility for a warehouse error, delivering the wrong goods. They want them returned for a refund, I then have to re-order the correct goods. Avoid at all costs
Good outdoor shop, has a good range of clothing and equipment. Staff are knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I really hope this great little local shop can survive.
Graham and Zac couldn't have been more helpful with resolving a stock issue at their head office. Both were extremely friendly and professional and managed to negotiate the problem with the minimum of fuss. Brilliant customer service.
Didn't have what I wanted in store but ordered it for me while I was in the store so I could have it delivered to my home address postage free!! Great customer service. Thank you
Went to MILLETTS in eastleigh today 14. 07.2022 looking for a man's gilet. Found exactly what I was looking for. And they had my size! Needless to say there was no hesitation on my part to purchase. The shop was easy to find and i was most pleasantly served by a member of staff. Next time I want something I know exactly where I shall be going. Well done milletts.
I truly wish I had gone here sooner as the were super knowledgeable about all the products and helped me choose my work boots which are working like a charm. They also helped me pick out some special socks which help with the long hours I've been doing. Thank you Dave for all the advice
Friendly staff great choice of good waer
The staff were very helpful in store and we had plenty of shoe options tk choose from. We also looked at tents, albeit just pictures and details, which was helpful. I enjoyed my visit.
Didn't buy anything but got some ideas for Christmas presents
