Second time going to the eastliegh store yesterday this time with my mother for her first pair of running shoes and again they were busy which is a testament to their popularity. At no point once again did we feel rushed, on the contrary they took their time were incredibly patient and extremely helpful. My mother was extremely impressed as was I once again. Fantastic customer service and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommend them. Well done.

I just wanted to say a really big thank you to Sean who was excellent and swapped my shoes that were faulty. Literally took 5 minutes, was quick and easy. 

Always had excellent service from this shop. Myself and 4 other family members purchased shoes from here and the staff were patient and very helpful.

I went here for the first time today to buy some new running shoes for marathon training.   The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.   I will definitely use this shop again.   Thank you.
