Great little shop. There is ample parking but the entrance/exit is so.ewhat challenging if the main road is busy which it usually isnVery limited view when trying to pull out on to the main road and quite a narrow entrance/exit. Makes it quite interesting if two cars are trying to leave and arrive at the same time
Not enough cashiers - almost all self checkout, forcing customers to do the work of the staff. No cash payment self checkouts. Only 1 cashier on duty - clearly understaffed to save profits at the customers expense.
Today 01 12 2025 I visited Tesco store in the swan centre Eastleigh I needed to cash in my vouchers on my phone well I got in a bit of a pickle I asked a lovely lady called Nicola who showed me how to do it for this I'm very grateful . Well done Nicola you are a credit to Tesco thanks again Brian Yates a very grateful customer
Horrible service. got accused of walking in to the store with 2 other boys that i did not even know and/or talk to kept on calling me a liar saying i did cashier was incredibly rude when all i was doing was trying to buy a monster for myself before college and i kept on getting called a liar and saying i was buying it for these ‘2 boys i was with’ when i in-fact wasn’t i asked them to check the security footage to prove i wasn’t and then they made up that they couldnt look at it unless police was involved had to wait an extra 10 minutes upon the 10 i already waited for the manager to come down and ‘give me the benefit of the doubt’ when he wouldnt check the cameras and he was just constantley rude giving me bad stares and being ignorant and rude to me and it made my day awful dealing with such awful and unkind people in there and they wouldnt even let me try and speak without shutting me down and being rude. please do not go there. horrible service and horrible people
I have nothing good to say about this store, the prices are over inflated, the clubcard offers are not honoured, the staff are rude and unhelpful, you can't exit into the Swan Centre, entrance only... should be shut down and a proper store open in Eastleigh, not this waste of space and insult to local residents.
