I have so much to say none of it good. Never going back after today, probably should have stopped last week when I was given food poisoning from a meal deal.nnAlso always a hit or miss if I get ID'd for an energy drink or not despite being very much over the age of 16.
Visited this morning 11am ish. Shelves pretty empty of fresh food. Wine offer 1 bottle on shelf. NO manned checkouts open and only four in total. Queues for self service checkouts very long. Customers complaining around me. Only two very helpful assistants on the checkouts doing their best but fighting a losing battle. This is not good enough Tesco. Not enough staff, shelf filling not being done. Why no manned checkout when busy? You want our custom but treat us like cattle. So called reductions so insignificant as to be pointless. A genuinely dreadful experience that will not be repeated and judging by the comments from other customers I am not the only one
Not very good since converted from a normal Tesco to an express. I had to hand several items back at the till due to crazy cost and trotted off to buy the same things from Sainsbury's at half the price of this place.
a old women at the self check out was very very rude and miserable
Good service. Major problem with the queue system for the checkouts however. There are people queuing in the isles which makes it difficult to get by or to know if you are indeed next to move forward as there are multiple queues. Would it not make more sense to form the queue at the ‘lift’ end of the store and have a member of staff calling the next person forward to the next available till this would also move customers through the store quicker as some people don’t move forward to unload their goods even thought the person in front of them has already moved to the packing area. Other than that, good job Tesco .
