Usually excellent.  But beware  of the £20 meal deal. Mine wouldn't  discount assistant had all the components. But had to call management.  Unfortunately  the queue  behind me building  v embarrassing.  After unpacking  and overriding every item I was free to go  . Very time consuming  .

Good cup of tea. Would like my teacake toasted both sides. Staff OK. Had better M & S experience. e.g. Vanguard! Many tables uncleared and dirty.

Very polite and helpful staff, easy to order something on internet to get delivered to the local store.

M and S so very reliable. Parking is tight, you pay on entry to the store and are reimbursed at cash out.  The cafe is fine if rather functional and lacking in character. The food and drink, as you would expect are good.
