Went to buy a specific cigar, a thing I know nothing about. The gentleman that served me was very helpful and friendly. The deli food looked delicious also but didn't try it on this occasion, I do intend to go back for a try

Fantastic service from Roberts & Speight. The boss, John, couldn't have been more helpful. When there was a problem with my online wine order it was sorted out quickly and easily. It's a shame that customer service like this, where you're made to feel valued, is rare these days. Roberts & Speight buck the trend. I look forward to ordering more wine from them in the future.

Exceptional customers service online and then by phone. Great choice of products and good pricing. I'm a massive fan, just wish they were nearer to London I'd be visiting the shop. That said the online shop is brilliant and delivery is prompt. More small businesses should be like this.
