Great to have M&S so near! I love to shop there...staff always pleasant and helpful. Best public toilets in the town! Have given it 4🌟s and not 5 because store just isn't big enough! It would be good to have the full range of M&S food. Hope one day M&S will start a delivery service for all their food. 😉

Food store, so no clothing or other housing items found in larger stores. However as food shopping good.

Rude staff who treated my wife very badly upsetting her when she asked her a genuine query about a product. Sold soup with insect's bits in it. Second time with me, the young gentleman at the check out changed for an item which I didn't buy. Probably he took it himself. When I found it, and came back, they said they were closed and didn't let me or listen to me. This is stealing money from customer - charging for an item which I did not take. It is not what you expect from any retailer.
