We came in to the store in Amersham collect a parcel from John Lewis. We went to the checkout. We were next in the queue, when the cashier just changed tills to serve somebody else. No explanation or apology. After she served her,we asked where to collect the parcel. We were directed to the back of the shop. No signage at the front to tell you where to go. We then encounter the most rude person I have ever met. She asked if we had done something with the order, which we had no idea about. We showed her the email, and she just said that she would deal with the customers who had done whatever it was. She just walked off, shutting the door in our face. She eventually, after serving other people, looked at the email, got the parcel, and almost threw it at us. I have never encountered such rude staff, as there are in this store. I will never come back here, but will keep to M&S, where staff are polite, courteous and helpful
Well laid out, spacious and a great selection. Staff were very helpful on many occasions and kindly offered a shopping voucher for something that was my fault as I bought the wrong product. Very happy with their friendly professional service.

Poor availability on the shelves and this was just after 1.00pm so it was hardly late. The car park was chaotic and the parking bays were far too small for the SUVs that were trying to park there.
Very over zealous security guard! Felt quite intimidating walking around having someone virtually in your pocket.nnAside from him and his frail masculinity, the place is great and well located.nnLots of produce and a large amount of staff should you find the need to speak to someone in regards to products.nnRight by the canal and lots of parking.nnPublicly toilet as well which is great.
