Highly recommend Petals Flower shop in Berkhampstead the first photo was taken a week ago & the second photo taken today. I bought these for my mum on Mother’s Day over 16 days ago and they are still bright & blooming. Thank you so much my mum has been able to enjoy these for such a long time!
Terrible service and terrible quality flowers. My husband went in to buy me Peonies as I had dropped many hints, he asked the server for help and see simply sold him 5 peony stems alone. I had to return to ask her to make it into somewhat of a bouquet with foliage etc. Surely this should have been advised to my husband! Within 2 days the open flowers had mould growing from the buds and the closed buds simply turned black and died without opening at all!
I rang up asking for specific flowers and delivery on the same day. I hoped my friend would like them. She loved them and said the bouquet was huge and the flowers were fabulous. She sent me a photo and I absolutely agreed. I always like to use a local florist but you take a chance. Not with this company. They were fantastic and I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Lovely people and very helpful when ordering flowers for my fathers upcoming funeral. However it would have been better if they had a chair for my elderly mother aged 94 to sit on while the order was discussed and arrangements made. Mum cannot walk or stand for very long due to ongoing health problems and something to sit on would have made her more comfortable. It is appreciated that the shop is small, but I think some room could be found for a chair in these circumstances. Other than that no problems whatsoever with the staff.
Came in right before close late on a Saturday, ladies in there were absolutely lovely and put together a beautiful bunch to fit my budget for my mothers birthday. 10/10 would recommend and go again for any floral needs

Absolutely fantastic florist. Every member of staff provided brilliant service and all went above and beyond to source a beautiful display for a funeral, which were absolutely gorgeous. Cannot recommend highly enough!
I am on holiday in Spain & wanted to send a bouquet of flowers to some friends who are having a tough time. I phoned the order through to the shop in berkhamsted, England. I spoke to a lovely lady . She was so helpful & suggested a predominantly white arrangement with eucalyptus leaves . I asked if they could be delivered the same day & despite my late request the flowers were indeed delivered the same day . The recipients were delight . They made a grey day much brighter. Thank you to all concerned at Petals florist .
Gave the person in the shop a photo of how I want my flowers for my daughters funeral to look like and she delivered something totally different. So on the day which was today 12th December I went to a different florist and had to pay again to get what I asked for. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Obviously just made a generic heart shape for everyone. Nothing like what I asked for. Very disappointed for 70 pounds!
