Came in for an mot without an appointment, they were happy to fit it in. Friendly service and people.

Car was stolen and insurance sent my Audi here as they are surprisingly Audi approved. Mix up with my hire car that I am entitled to as two were sent so M&M refused to give me either saying that they could not give me a car as two turned up!? So was without a vehicle for 4 days. I have been given compensation from my insurance due to the incompetence and damage M&M did to my car. Car was sent back not completely fixed so was taken back to the garage and then delivered back again filthy inside full of mud and damage to my handbrake button that was not there before. Spoke to the manager about this and he was not bothered at all asking what can he do. Don't damage peoples cars your meant to be repairing! All my car really needed was a lock change due to burglars stealing the keys from my house and I receive my car in that state. Appalling!

Dealing with M&M was more stressful then my car being stolen in the first place and thats saying something. If you want a good honest job done do not go here. God knows how they will treat your car because mine came back with faults on the dash, entertainment system not working stop start not functioning and a damaged handbrake button which is going to cost 150 to replace! Wish I could post images of the damage and emails but unfortunately I can't in here. Also emailed the manager and still two months later no reply from him. I hope audi remove them from an approved repairer as I am in talks with them at the moment about the issues.
