After dealing with a few pushy and rude dealerships, I was contacted by Adam Melville. From the start, he applied no pressure and assisted me with my questions. Nothing was a problem for him and a deal was struck rapidly. He was a very friendly, polite and knowledgeable guy. Overall a brilliant service and thanks to Adam for his professionalism.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the wonderful customer service I received on Sunday with John Hulse . I had seen the Mini Roadster on the website and from the moment we arrived John was so attentive and informative about the car . Nothing was a problem, even coming out with me for a test drive in it after I haven’t driven for 5 years !!! John went through everything thoroughly with us and even though I was purchasing the car cash he still went through the financial options and explained it all in detail. John had a very personal and upsetting phone call during our time with him and he was so polite and excused himself and apologized profusely for having to leave us . He really didn’t need to as we totally understood his sad situation. Even in this circumstance he was totally professional. Thank you John you are a real asset to BMW and thank you for helping me with my beautiful car. Lisa xx
Short review. Bought a brand new 218 M Sport from Demi. Everything went smoothly. Had some concerns with condensation in the headlights. Kate from service was handling that with 5 star customer service. Had a chip on the paint and wanted to remove the badge. Christian from the body shop did it for me there and then and did not even charge me for the work. Edit. Just to give more credit to Demi. She got me what I wanted in less than 2 weeks, and was sending me updates all the time, so for my next car I'll definitely see her again 5 star experience. Thanks to all.
Not only was this the first time I have dealt with this dealership, but also due to living a distance away, had to conduct most of transaction before seeing the car in person. Daniel Price was excellent in making the whole princess relaxed and was one of the smoothest car purchases I’ve made. Throughout he was professional, demonstrated a “no pressure” approach and was also on hand within minutes of any email or telephone communication. The car was presented to an immaculate standard and he gave me great confidence in any after sales care I may need in the future. He also provided a part exchange deal that I was extremely happy with. Would definitely recommend!
Purchased a used X6 recently from Knights Stoke and traded in my X5. Daniel Price was a massive help and helped us get the deal we wanted and was patient when we were test driving multiple cars. Good communication from point of interest to handover. Daniel Price answered all our questions promptly in the week leading up to viewing, test driving and subsequently collecting the car. I do find the process of buying an approved used vehicle a little unnerving in the current times, not only this dealership but across the board. There seems to an assumption that the chunky deposit you have to put down says you are going to buy the vehicle before seeing it in the flesh and test driving. That being said, Daniel was very reassuring that it was, indeed, subject to final inspection. Daniel made a special effort to be at the showroom on what was supposed to be his day off, as we were travelling 130 miles from home. On our visit Daniel was attentive and made absolutely sure we were happy with the vehicle before completing the necessary paperwork and driving the car home. The day after I did have a query that, again, Daniel answered on his short visit in the showroom on his day off. Thank you Daniel, much appreciated .
I recently purchased a BMW from Lookers Stoke on trent, and I have to give credit where its due. I had a faultless experience at Lookers. I dealt almost exclusively with Adam Melville in sales, who was utterly superb. Adam went above and beyond, I had decided upon a particular BMW, but realised there was another model I was originally interested in, that I hadn't even test driven! Adam was swift to organise me a test drive and the deal was done, Adam did everything he said he would, despite me suddenly changing my choice of BMW, he kept me informed of everything going forward, and I cannot fault him anywhere. I highly recommend going to Lookers Stoke BMW ask for Adam in sales, he's superb, you won't regret it!
Just picked up my New 420i Grande Coupe. Jack Bourne made me feel very welcome and gave me the 5 Star service. Car was under cover in the showroom and Jack did the big reveal. Very pleasant and professional service, thanks Jack
