Fantastic experience with stoke BMW, particularly the staff members that dealt with me Aaron and Nick through taking out a car I personally really liked the look of, matter of a few days after viewing the vehicle. Absolutely awesome charity event at the dealership yesterday supporting a local cancer charity that is very close to our hearts given the support we have received within our family. Steven Cooper and the team provided an amazing venue for a gathering of the BMW car club as well as the possibility for the general public to attend, see some older phenomenal engineering from BMW plus some of the newest vehicles on offer. To get the chance to pop down, get some time with the team over a coffee, and spend a few quid supporting our local Macmillan house as well as basking in a little sunshine was just what was needed. Great event team Lookers and already looking forward to the next one. Keep up the great work in supporting one of the strongest automotive brands guys! Thanks for a great afternoon. I've been a customer of my local Lookers for 12 years for the very reason that this team brings to the table. Passionate about the BMW brand and their customers old and new!
Visited in October 2024 for a routine service and EGR cooler recall. Booking in was straight forward, the service advisor was efficient, friendly and courteous.nContacted when work was completed, arrived and was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Down side was when I got back to the car there was a low coolant warning light showing. Had to return to the reception to have the vehicle taken back into the workshops for what was a top up of coolant. if it hadn't been for this i would have given 5 stars. It will not stop me returning for future work.
I recently purchased a 218 M Sport.nI couldn’t fault the service. They went above & beyond.nnHighly recommended.nnI would advise anyone wanting to purchase a BMW to go here.
