I am very happy with the service the mushroom chow mein and special chow mein is very delicious and well worth its money so I would give it 5 stars and my boyfriend has a special curry and special pineapple and says the likes it very much and he says it's worth its money so he would give it 5 stars and delivery is on time very rarely it's late so keep up the good work thanks Toni
Just got home with a bag of chips which I can only describe as diabolical. Please please stop serving last night's reheated food.

Used to order here all the time but after this incident I will never be going back again. My friend bit into a chicken ball and found white hairs inside it and when we phoned to discuss the issue they laughed at us and told us to shut up whilst we were trying to explain to them we would just like a refund. Nothing but rude people and disgusting customer service skills.
Ordered fresh special chow mein. Ended up with a pre made one from glass cabinet.Meat was dry and it was not very hot. Would normally recommend but after this experience I would avoid unless you know it is freshly cooked.
Brought in there a couple times but food is always tasteless and greasy. Such a shame considering it's location. No complaint over pricing though.
Bought sweet n sour chicken balls and chips. Worst I've ever had. Have terrible pain. Feel sick. Never again !
Never had a bad experience with this place except from last nite ordered food one lot came perfectly cooked with good amount of sauce another dish came not a lot of sauce just grease rang up to complain and the woman said ok she will tell the chef no sorry just tell the chef she was quite rude on the phone I wanted a refund or another dish first of all she said she couldn't do it then after me saying I will get a refund in the end she said she will get another dish out to me after the half hour she said it will take I rang again she said it just left so another 45 mins went by so I rang again she said it should be there soon I live 3 miles away and said is he walking she said no and put the phone down
