Very glad I brought my car from them. Aftersales service was second to none. Andy promised me at the point of sale that if anything did go wrong then they would sort it out. I had an issue with the car stereo but they put it right even though it took the profit out of the deal for them. These guys do it right. If you want good customer service then give these guys a try.
My daughter bought a car from these guys, really pleased with it. They also did a fantastic job of sprucing up her old car for my son, he's chuffed to bits. They take pride in their work and Andy is extremely polite and helpful, going that extra mile. Would recommend
what a very helpful place without any pressure to buy but give good advice and leave u take your time, all of which makes me want to deal this garage. Andy lovely and informative, I haven't yet bought but coming close to making a decision as their attitude gives one of confidence. love the way one can test drive alone leaving your ID and driving license of course but great to get a feel of a car on your own. maybe a sale for u soon Andy
MC Garages They were honest, reliable and truly professional. We had the pleasure of dealing with MC Garages when we purchased our car. We found them truly professional, honest and reliable. Very rarely do you find Car traders with such honesty and straightforward talking. People are very quick to write negative and bad reviews but not so often do buyers write positive reviews when they receive a good service. Below is our honest experience dealing with MC Garages. I had been looking for an Audi Q5 for a several months but our requirements of upgrades was very high which made it very difficult to find a suitable car in our price range. One weekday the car which met most of our requirements appeared on Auto trader from MC Garages and I rang them right away. I asked them to save the car until the weekend if I paid a deposit as it was 2.5 hours away but they politely refused and stated they don’t hold cars for deposits and that the car had just come in. I therefore decided to drive down with a family member that afternoon and pick up the car which they agreed to hold. Andy the salesman from MC Garages clearly stated that the car was advertised with 12 months MOT and full valet so we would be unable to take the car that day if we did decided to purchase it. We would have to return another day for all works to be done. Due to traffic we arrived 30 min before closing time but they told us to take our time and take the car for a test drive. We absolutely fell in love with the Car. We came back to the showroom and pointed out a few issues such as Oil Service due, passenger side window clicking. They informed us right away that they would sort these out when we returned to collect the car. We pointed out some scuff marks on the alloys and a blue mark on one of the rear entertainment displays. But MC Garages politely refused to do works on them which we found fair. The screen I replaced for £11 from eBay and generally alloys are not refurbished by every trader. I asked them if I could take the car as it is, but for a slightly lower price and rectify all the issues myself as it would be time consuming to drive down again at a later date. Andy however indicated that it was advertised as excellent condition with all works done so he would be unable to sell this without doing all the works which included MOT, Service etc... I accepted the terms and appreciated his honesty. Many buyers have disputes with warranty that is provided by traders after they have purchased the vehicle but I feel they never ask the right questions. With MC Garages the warranty was 12 months and covered for mechanical and electrical faults but for a value of £500 max which did not include wear and tear. The warranty is from another company and not part MC Garages. I asked these questions and they answered truthfully. We accepted the terms. We were at the showroom way past closing time and Andy gave us his personal mobile number should we have issues or for updates about the car and he promised to do the works in writing. As we were walking out I was discussing my old car with Andy and that I wanted to sell privately as I would sell for more than part exchange. Andy asked me for my license plate and printed out a Full HPI document for my old car to help me with my sale. I was super thankful, and the HPI did help with the sale of my car. The following week when I came to collect the car MC Garages had replaced the back 2 tyres with new ones as it was marked on the MOT, they had serviced the car, sorted the window and valeted the car. The car had half tank of fuel so I had no issues getting it back home. Very happy with our new car. The service we had from MC Garages was second to none. I would genuinely recommended them. Thank you MC Garages.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst expensive I have ever had when purchasing anything for that matter. I brought a SEAT Ibiza from this garage under a finance agreement. I went to get the car and fell in love with it. There was a minor scuff on the rear right back of the car and a smashed visor mirror but at the time I was so made up with the car that I didn't bring this to light. I had the car for about two months, in these two months I realized the car had a serious oil problem. After informing the garage - one adviser told me to go seek a garage to fix it an claim on the warranty the other mike the managing director advised me to bring it in. Not to mention the bad communication with the fact they never bothered to call me back i had to keep chasing them up. I took the car back to M C Garages and they lent me a smart car as a courtesy car while my SEAT was in the garage. after insuring the smart car for a week much to my luck the engine light came on the smart car so that was deemed unfit to use so I had to then insure my old car. Anyway the garage told me the SEAT ibiza was way to expensive to fix - costing half the worth of the actual car and that i would need to find a new car and he would end my finance agreement with the car and then "Auction on the car" When Mike came to pick the Smart Car back up off me he drove down in my SEAT Ibiza and tried to tell me there was nothing actually wrong with my seat!! I asked him where all the oil had been going and he said "must be going somewhere, but I think its just a faulty dash light" ???????? I asked zuto to see if the garage would put anything towards the costs i had to fork out while all this was happening but they came back and said no and actually had the cheek to accuse me of damaging the car!! the scuff i mention earlier that was already there when i brought it So after the finance had been unraveled I checked the website, only what 3 days later? My seat Ibiza is back on sale!!!!!!!!! So after everything i'd been through and it apparently being unworthy of fixing the car was placed on sale again and £1,000 dearer then i brought it for!!! after my situation Zuto had informed me they will no longer be dealing with this garage and have cut all contracts with them. do not buy from here I have been left completely devastated and now without a car and about 500 worse off in costs. Oh and also do not buy the SEAT IBIZA 1.4 2013 Automatic that they currently have on sale because its probably faulty!! very unhappy and disappointing that you can have such untrustworthy traders out there.

Bought my car after mths looking for right car was well looked after car was serviced cleaned and I asked for new wheels to be put on which they got for me even got a call back to see if I was satisfied many thanks
After a minor hiccup with my new car from M C Garages my car went into the garage and I was given a courtesy car, it didn't take long to find the fault and the service was superb, could not fault them.
Been using this independent garage for years excellent after service would well recommend.
Very friendly and helpful staff, who create a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Highly recommend them!
