absolute con merchant, quoted 150 to find out whats wrong with car, told it wasn't worth fixing. asked if I could come and collect was then told no it would cost another 150 to put it back together, father threatened them with police, trading standards and they backed down.
saw a young lad and thought we can fleece him. even admitted he gets people like me all the time. well stop ripping people off then.

jake took his car to a&b autos rudheath, he was qouted £150 to find out what was wrong. they told him it wasnt worth fixing. ok he said..can i come and collect, No, its in bits and will cost you another £150 to put it back together. .i then went up told them they were ripping a young lad off and that the extra money was never mentioned on the original qoute, told them id happily involve the police and they eventually backed down and we paid the original bill. guy even admitted he had people like me in all the time...well stop ripping people off and people like me wont be stood in your office.
 my advice is anyone with a vehicle should go anywhere but here.

A&B Autos are a very competent  garage I have found them exceptionally reliable  and very professional. The level of service and very competitive  prices very welcome. I have been nice twice  and definitely  use them in the future.

Unhelpful staff. I went to them as they were close to my work and it says on their website "we can give you a courtesy lift so that you can carry on with your day while we're taking care of your vehicle". They didn't offer even when I was unable to get a taxi for an hour. When I asked them to take me in my car, they were extremely unhelpful and rude and refused to give me a lift 5 mins round the corner on a freezing, snowy day. So I walked 20 minutes to work. Wouldn't recommend.

Expensive and thought I would see if worthwhile Can not recommend as job not completed as agreed of course the full+ price was charged
