After a shockingly bad experience at a different dealership non ford, I popped in to Evans Halshaw Northwich on the off chance and was met by Josh. What a breath of fresh air! He was no nonsense and got straight to the point. He took me seriously and made me feel like a valued customer. Nothing was too much trouble and he even went to collect the vehicle I purchased himself, which was at a different dealership. He is professional, personable and an asset to your company. Thank you again Josh and I love my new car!
Great service by Jake. I do not live near the dealership but had found the car I wanted on the website so rang and spoke to Jake who arranged everything making sure I had videos and photos of the car and was happy with everything before then having the car delivered to me. Upon arrival the CD player didn’t work so Jake personally drove approx 2 hours each way to collect my car and take it back to the dealership to be fixed. Received a call later the same day to say all sorted and arranging return delivery of my car. Thank you for great service!

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon for a 'mooch' and spotted a very nice vehicle which we were interested in. Josh then took us under his wing and nothing was too much trouble. The customer service, attention to detail and support offered was faultless. After a short period of time we walked away with a dream car. We were kept updated every step of the way from the initial interest, finance processes and completion of purchase - nothing was too much trouble. Even going into the office on his day off to sign the paperwork. You made the whole process very simple and straight forward and we'll be back to discuss our next car with Josh. Never been so satisfied with a car purchase than when I came to Ford in Northwich a few months ago. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jacob Coles who knows a great deal about Fords and was able to find me the car I didn't even know I wanted. A huge upgrade from last vehicle and for a very similar price, I was in and out within a couple of hours. He made me feel very welcome and was able to explain everything about the car with ease. Very friendly team and they are always there to help or answer any questions you may have even after you drive off. I will definitely be coming back for my next one.
