I have had a very positive experience when buying a used car. Dylan responded to my initial inquiry promptly. The car was perfect for my requirements. I recently bought a used car from Holdcroft Northwich and had a great experience. I initially contacted the sales team over the phone and was put in touch with Dylan regarding the car I had been interested in. From answering my initial queries to visiting the showroom for a test drive to buying the car, I felt I had been well looked after by Dylan as he was very friendly, transparent and most of all did not use the typical pushy sales man approach just to make a quick deal I felt very relaxed to make decisions in my own time. I bought my new car from Nissan Northwich and I dealt with Dylan. I can’t fault the service, from the start to the end it was smooth sailing. Dylan was fast and efficient at sorting the purchase out and the text facility they use is brilliant, if like me you’re busy most of the time. It was easy to send a text or receive one with an update. Dylan even went out of his way to get the car ready for collection at the drop of a hat. Would highly recommend this garage and Dylan.

Sent the car for replacing discs and pads and some cleanings. Car was delivered back to me in the next day like brand-new!!! After purchasing a qashqai and the staff being more than helpful during the purchase there were a few things that needed sorting. Numerous emails and calls to the person who sold me the car over several months with no reply only to find out he had left!!
