Lusso luxury 5* rating from a recently retired lecturer who has worked within the industry for nearly 40 years. The service and treatments given here were to a very high standard from start to finish.Greeted upon arrival by the manager then shown around this amazing hidden gem, check out the bestoke made lion in the waiting area. Consultation done over a nice cup of earl grey tea made to feel very comfortable and relaxed in preperation for my treatments.While sitting with my feet soaking in the foot spa a glass of sparkling flavoured water along with fresh fruit platter arrived ..........then to top it during my manicure i was indulged with a hot chocolate to die for. My nails looked amazing with a finishing touch of gold glitter on my ring fingers.Asked if there was any chance of an eye brow wax and yes to my supprise i was ushered into another amazing beauty room where my treatment was carried out yet again to a very high standard. I have visited many Spa's and salons over the years during my career and for personal use,this has to be one of the best visited by me in many years and yes i have already booked for lots more treatments in the neatr future . Well done Lusso keep up the good work,looking forward to my next visit. Carol.

Pity they cancelled my appointment on the same day on the pretence of a burst pipe, ie no water, when in fact there was no stylist! Very disappointing. A simple “the stylist is sick” would have been fine. Lost customer.....
