Went to get my hair braided in french plaits. I was served by a girl called Khadisha and I must say the experience was amazing!  Not only the hairstyle looked exactly like on the picture I showed her, but I was also offered a cup of tea and biscuits and explained about the discount scheme! My friend is already booked for Tuesday and you have just got yourself a regular customer ladies :)

Professionalism. It was a good experience. The salon is clean, spacious and the staff are friendly. The treatment to hair is good.

The texture release treatment from here is good and has lasted me through a humid atmosphere weekend so I would recommend here for this treatment.

After a long time of searching for a great natural hair salon I finally found one. I'm pleased to say that DeVine hair studio exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, professional and kept offering refreshments and magazines to read. They make an effort to get to know you and about your hair. Throughout the process, I was informed on what was being done to my hair and what products were being used. I was also informed and given tips on how maintain my hair properly. They are very knowledgeable; they don't just do natural hair though, they do all types of different hair and styles. Anyone can go and I definitely will be going to this salon from now on. It is worth the prices too because you'll leave with good quality hair!

Before booking my appointment I called the salon to enquire if they cater for individuals who cover their hair (for religious purposes) 
I was told that they have a side room for this.
It was only during my appointment  that I was then informed that it is an open salon and that the side room is only used if people need to hold a private conversation or need a moment.
Previously, I been to salons where they used a mobile partition or a side room.
The hairdresser made the effort to carry out the consultation in another room. However, I feel that she could have handled the situation better and been more sensitive when providing feedback and advice.
