After a bad experience elsewhere, I booked in for an emergency same day lash removal appointment and Tracy was amazing - there was absolutely no pain during the removal! I used to go here years ago when I lived in Brum. Living in London now I was not only impressed by the prices but also how I was remembered and how lovely they were that I had my little one in tow. Treatment wax was as quick and painless as I remember! Defo 5 stars - love this place!

Becky is so good with the waxing treatment. She is so fast and social. The whole body for like 30 min. And it doesn't hurt at all. She is awesome.

I was really missing having skinbase microdermabrasion facials after having them regularly for over 12 months,  so I have literally just come home from a local salon offering them. Beauty Works U.K Ltd in Bearwood B66 4AW. I'm not going to sugar coat it, it was horrendous.  My appointment was at 1pm, treatment actually started at about 1.05pm after I got on the couch etc. I booked for a 30 minute treatment and 34 minutes later I am home already, writing this. The therapist turned the machine off about 10 mins in, because it was 1.20pm when I actually walked out the treatment room to go and pay. And that 20 minute treatment time even included a minute or so while she empied the used crystal pot, and packed the machine away, and CLEANED THE FLOOR?! before returning to me and removing only about 25% of the crystals from my face, rubbing in some moisturiser which felt like a face scrub because of the amount of crystas still on my face, and then walking out the room.  Honestly, I am really annoyed that I just paid for that.  Skinbase facials are amazing, but I WILL NOT be having one done here again. :

Have been going to the Beauty Works for the last 21 years for a massage on my back due to work related stress Tracey always sorts it out for me highly recommend.
