Terrible service. Nail technician took phone calls while she did my nails, in her own language, having disagreements on the phone and using English swear words. My daughter was in the pushchair next to me... when i got home i had to take the thick, smudged nail polish off, then reshape my nails completely as the acrylic was thick, bumpy and each nail was a compleyely different shape. Also had multiple cuts on the skin around my nails from where she'd caught the skin with the drills she was using. One handed, shabby work. I will never set foot in this salon again for as long as I live. The worst service I have ever received. I would of refused to pay but the nail technician who runs the shop was confrontational and clearly didn't want to deal with me any longer as she went off and started someone else's treatment and didn't check back on if my nails were dry. Worst money ever spent. Do not go here to have your nails done.

Absolutely disgusted. I clearly told the lady do not touch the shape of my eyebrows only tidy up the surrounding area...But she refused to take on board what i wanted and completely reshaped and thinned my eyebrows that id grown out for months.

I love this place,get my eyebrows done here every week. Staff are so friendly and prices are the best around

Got my eyebrows done here and ended up looking different. They tried to fix it but made it worse. Staff were blaming and unwilling to listen or accept responsibility. The lady in Bearwood market is much better but was sadly off sick today. I wish I'd waited :(
