I actually really enjoyed the facial it's self, slight over priced at £78.00 for less then an hour, but I don't do it every day :) but what is annoying is the sales pitch U get for the products! If I want to know il ask, but instead u get told all about each product they use, and then Conveniently when u go to pay, they are put on the counter and it makes u feel uncomfortable because u have to say kindly "no thank you" as if the money for the treatment is enough! Shame tho, I would re address that side of your sales technique.

I wanted to buy cosmetic products from CND
but i left from there with anything because the staff was very rud to me shame that sach people working there unprofesional if the lady was working in London i thing she loss her job from first day.Very bad maners unbelivable how she works in customer service 
Please managers train ur staff !!!!

Second time I had massage treatment here. This time the massage was awesome, the therapist seemed very professional. But unfortunately none of these times they manage to keep the time you are paying for. I have paid for 75 minutes Swedish massage, got only 55 minutes.. Very disappointed.

I bought a gift card for my Nan for her 80th birthday, to be used at this location.  My Nan isn't a well woman and having her 'nails done' is something that always cheers her up.  

I've just had the feedback from my Mum who escorted her there.  Being a bloke my understanding of 'nail technology' is limited, but even I know not to overcoat onto a still-wet previous layer of paint (the same principle applied when I painted my cladding last week) because it will cause a delayed overall drying time.

A seemingly poor staff skill-set combined with their rudeness, lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve the service issue makes for not a very nice experience.  In the end my Nan went next door and had them re-done at additional cost.  

I'm extremely dissapointed considering it was a gift for an important milestone birthday.  Up to this point I was intending to purchase more of these gift cards to give to my Mum.  I'll obviously now be getting her vouchers for a competitor.

Such a shame, I always assumed the 'Dove' brand represented consistent quality and good service.  Obviously not..

Very nice ambient lounge & Kealy gave me a fantastic hot stone massage!  Felt the difference in my shoulders this mornintg... no aches or pains in the night either which is a 1st for a long time :0
Th only negative was the sales pitch for products straight after the treatment.... best left for at least 5 mins after I had sat back in the lounge       WILL recomend  Kealy to my friends & family for sure!  :0
