Terrifying. Photo shown the bunch for graduation was with 3 sunflowers and 3 roses. But on collection, it was only a small bunch with 3 roses. Exchange for another ready made bunch with 1 sunflower cost a double price. While I don't mind the money, I'm very unhappy with the response of the company. Too arrogant and indifferent reply with no consideration of causing me late for the graduation ceremony. Totally disappointed.
Lula Flower Shop provided wonderful, friendly service and beautifully presented birds of paradise, gerbera and ruscus displays complete with fairy lights and candles for our corporate event at the Hope Streeet Hotel, Liverpool. Communication has been great and the ideas plentiful! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Lula to anyone. Great job girls, the boss was mega impressed!

Amazing attitude, delivered flowers were beautiful! It was hard to find a proper florist being thousands of km away from Liverpool besides I had some issues with an online order... However Joanne, who was in touch with me, was so incredibly caring, patient and meeting me halfway. Thank you for quality work and excellent customer service! I absolutely recommend this florist for orders on venue and online!
My 1st visit and will not be my last, as collegue in work was leaving and at last minute thought flowers a good gift. Staff, nothing to much trouble and the quality of the flowers superb. Deninatly recomend
I was in contacting with Joanne to have flowers delivered for an anniversary. Unbelievable service, communication and the flowers are some of the best I’ve seen. So well presented - unbelievable value for money. I’d highly recommend Lula Flower Shop!
Went in to get graduation flowers, nobody was welcoming, or helpful. When I asked a few questions they would sternly give a one worded answer. Felt uncomfortable to be there. Felt a bit racist.
Ordered for next day delivery. Flowers arrived in time, excellent condition,all fresh and as great as expected
Bought several times but not that fresh this time. Staff attitudes and the service you receive would depend on who you are and how much you spend. Seriously, I wouldn't come again.
