We used Penny Lane Flowers for our wedding last Saturday and could not fault them at all - excellent service and beautiful flowers. They created such lovely summer bouquets which were just perfect for the day. Thank you.

Not really sure what to say ! Just reading the reviews they are mixed. I will try to be as fair as I can. I entered the shop and the lady was talking to a person I assumed was a customer. However after waiting quite a while it was apparent the person was working there. I had to ask several times for what I wanted and the whole process was quite painful. I wanted flowers for a birthday. I had to say everything a few times as it was quite apparent I was getting in the way of the lady’s conversation. I ended and asked what time delivery would be the reply was “Funerals Take Priority” !!!  I asked again and the reply was if there were no funerals it would be “first thing” On delivery day I found myself having to ring the shop at 11.30 to see what time the flowers would arrive as we were waiting to go out.  To be honest buying flowers for your partner is supposed to be an enjoyable experience for both of you. This was far from it. I won’t be going back. Such a shame as some of the reviews are good. Must have been a bad day but that was enough for me.

I rang this florist today and asked for a same day delivery i had no idea about them and took a chance as I live in N. Ireland well I'm glad i did a beautiful bunch of flowers and balloons as requested arrived at my friends home a couple of hours later within my modest budget. Very impressed at the level of customer service would use again

Needed a last minute small bridal bouquet and buttonholes. I was delighted when I picked them up especially as I made a last minute alteration by phone  and asked to add some flowers to the bouquet. They looked beautiful and smelt gorgeous.

My absolute favourite florist. Always have beautiful, fresh flowers I'm able to handpick from to create my own arrangement. Lovely helpful staff too

Fantastic service and beautiful flowers from Jane and her staff at Penny lane florist. Jane showed compassion and understanding of our requirements during our sad time, and her help and advice was very much appreciated. The floral arrangements we ordered were outstanding. I would not hesitate in recommending this florist to anybody, and will definately use this florist again in the future.

Beautiful flowers but disappointed that card was typed and not hand written.  Prices were very reasonable, would use them again in the future

I ordered flowers for my sisters 60 th birthday - all organised and paid for - they didn't have the flowers shown on their website available so offered others.I thought everything was good to go. When I didn't hear from her, I discovered the flowers never arrived. I emailed this place several times and am still waiting for a response more than 24 hours later. Not happy!

I went in this afternoon looking for some birthday flowers for my mum after walking around allerton to try and find a good florist shop I went here last minute. The service was fabulous and quick even though I was a walk in. The flowers that were produced were gorgeous. I know my mum will love them. Definitely will be using again!

I should of read the reviews, quite disappointing, I had them delivered to a hotel for my daughter, they wherent very fresh, the roses where brown by the time they came home the next day. The arrangement itself was very small and cheap looking. Think I would of done better going to tesco. Nope I certainly wouldn't recommend this florist.
