I ordered the flowers on-line after seeing the "no lillies" choice and reading that they would be long-lasting. They were delivered on-time, well-protected and in water and my aunt was just thrilled. Care was also taken to present the message in an attractive way that my aunt will be able to keep. So while ordering flowers on-line is risky, I couldn't be happier with the result so many thanks to Fishlocks.
Very good selection of beautiful flowers for all occasions. The recipient was most impressed. Very good service from Fishlocks, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again. Delivery time was very good. Thank you at Fishlocks Flowers.
Not too happy about the service. My husband has always ordered from Fishlocks and the quality has been ok, not amazing though. He ordered a bouquet for me a few months ago which arrived looking half dead, this time I felt I had to complain as I’m sure it was expensive. It was a palaver but eventually after quite a few emails back and forth and photos being sent fishlocks did replace it. My husband then ordered a bouquet for our anniversary which was on a Sunday, he ticked the Sunday delivery option and paid extra for this service, but the flowers arrived a day early instead. The delivery man handed them to me and said ‘these are for tomorrow but I thought I’d deliver them today’ which completely confused me. If someone orders flowers for a specific day which is offered as an option, then surely they should arrive on that day? Fortunately the flowers were a lot fresher than the last bouquet but it spoiled my husband’s nice surprise arriving on the wrong day. We like to support family businesses but the standard lately hasn’t been great at all.
Very helpful and informative on the phone when placing my order, which made things very easy and stress free. Balloons looked great on arrival and my wife was certainly happy. However, my only complaint is that we agreed on the latex birthday balloons and that they would be set over/above the bed for our arrival into the room. Unfortunately this wasnt the case and the balloons were just left in the corner of the room, still looked good but just slightly disappointing as the reason i went for this style of balloons was for them to be placed above the bed. But overall, was happy with the late order and quick response from Fish Locks….Thank you
DO NOT ORDER, i ordered flowers for a occation a bouquet last year, picked off there picture, my friend sent me the picture of them, a load of dandelions really really bad, I just about got my money back from them, minus delivery, he also went and took the the bunch back, even though I sent them a dismal picture, he knocked on door and got them back. Don't be fooled by there pictures on line. I don't know where those great reviews are comming from and 5 stars, it's a joke!!
Always ordered from this company, especially when it’s my mother or family’s birthdays. Anyway, I ordered a bunch bigger than the one they had on their advertisement. The one in the ad look nice but I wanted something a bit bigger so I usually spend between 75 and £100 Anyway, to my amazement they arrived the wrong size I called and they asked me to send pictures so I sent pictures of the website what they’re clearly showing is a cheaper arrangement so of course they apologised and send me a new one! I told them for the mixup they should’ve included some sort of a chocolate as an apology to my mother but they did not. I think their service is lacking. Maybe they’ve changed ownership but it’s definitely not the same as it used to be and I will never shop with them Again, I do not like false advertisement. They told me that they don’t have anything to do with the website which I find absolutely ridiculous. Good luck, I think you’re gonna need it!
