Welcome to Lucky Star takeaway in Cleveleys. We have a range of authentic Chinese cuisines to takeaway.

Story

With our new website you can order online and pay by cash or card simply by clicking on the view menu button at the top of the page. Our food is always prepared using the freshest ingredients so please leave a review to let us know how your takeaway was.
Our opening hours can be found in the store details page and remember, our minimum spend for delivery is £8.00. Fry-Lite oil available for an extra 50p. this charge will be paid seperately upon delivery/collection! There is a delivery charge for all orders of £1.00 unless the postcode begins with PR the charge will then be increased to £2.00

The first time I've ordered from here. I have been waiting over an hour for the food. The lady on the phone told me to calm down and that the food had been given to the wrong address. I asked her what she was going to do about it? She said it is not her fault. I asked again what she would do about it and she said she would send it out again. I hope they don't send it to the wrong address again. She had absolutely nothing about her and was rude from the outset. I am hungry, full of a virus and tired, but yet I have to wait another half an hour as well as my 12 year old daughter who is also ill.

We've been going here for over 10 years. I can honestly say I don't think we've ever had any issue with food ordered or waiting ages for food. They also do a Slimming World menu whereby food is cooked in fry light and boiled rice instead of fried. Always friendly staff too, and that's rare these days.

The girl who takes the orders over the phone needs to learn some manners absolutely no people skills, she lets your takeaway down because your food is good. Send her on a course perhaps she'll learn some customer service.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from lucky star. Women on the phone was extremely rude on the phone, told me my wait would be between 1 hour to 2 hours and didn’t even apologise for the inconviencw. Also had to ring up and make sure my order was correct as I was rushed off the phone. I had to correct my order as she did it wrong. When food arrived it was stone cold and had to be re heated. Never again.

Iam disgusted with my meal I have been a vegetarian since I was 14 now 44 and the meal that was delivered was appalling for the price it was a small portion of salt and pepper chicken that was so over cooked in couldn't tell where the chicken was and when I rang I was told that being a vegetarian is expensive the curry had mushrooms in it and my partner can't eat them but we requested to have them removed overall I will not be ordering again I was spoken to like a child by the lady on the phone not good
