KFC was very busy this evening, but the staff were all amazing. I had to wait a while, which I expected, given how many orders they were dealing with. While waiting I was very impressed with how all the staff where just getting on with it with a smile on there face, in a friendly and professional manner. They all deserve a big well done. P. S The food was lovely too.

Our first visit to this KFC outlet in Cleveleys. There is not a carpark, but we were fortunate to get a space in the road outside the entrance. A nice clean restaurant, wheelchair accessible. It was not busy when we visited, and there were plenty of tables available inside and outside. I think the staff member on duty must have been new as she seemed unable to work the till and initially told me the orange juice I ordered was not available. The back room staff were excellent, and after the order was eventually placed, the food was quickly delivered. We enjoyed our meals. The washrooms were clean and tidy.

Not the greatest kfc.nStaff are very young and lack guidance, they are unaware of what is going on around them. I visited last week, and ordered through the self service screen. I waited 20 mins for my food.nAnother chap came in with 2 kids and he went straight up to counter asked for someone he knew working in the back and got his food straight away!nCleveleys KFC needs to invest in training staff and management needs to manage!nI cannot complain about the food this was its saving grace, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

I ordered 3 set mega box with 5.5 pound eachn. I am shocked after getting item. It is very small and salty chips. We always order the same items in different KFC in Blackpool. I feel their is no value for my money what I spend.i never tried this in future.

Just paid over £27 for inedible food, the chips were disgusting they were soggy and felt like they had been warmed up twice. The Zinger burger was as hard as a brick and put together as if no one cares. In this climate a take away is a luxury and I am disgusted at the food that was served to me. I have put the food in the bin and I would never purchase food from there again. I tried calling to speak to a manager and the phone was just ringing off the hook. I will continue to try and speak to the manager  and get a resolve. Very disappointed!!!
