Our first visit to this KFC outlet in Cleveleys. There is not a carpark, but we were fortunate to get a space in the road outside the entrance. A nice clean restaurant, wheelchair accessible. It was not busy when we visited, and there were plenty of tables available inside and outside. I think the staff member on duty must have been new as she seemed unable to work the till and initially told me the orange juice I ordered was not available. The back room staff were excellent, and after the order was eventually placed, the food was quickly delivered. We enjoyed our meals. The washrooms were clean and tidy.

The staff where swearing at each other none stop. I ordered 2 trilogy box meals one as a zinger and one as a fillet burger I got 2 zingers.I didn't mention beans but got a tub.  one of the trilogy box meals was missing the small chicken fillet.we asked for sweet chilli dip but we had none in the bag when we got home.the staff are a joke and very rude.A manager needs to go In and take control and teach them some people skills and lesson how to read orders correctly

I ordered 3 set mega box with 5.5 pound each . I am shocked after getting item. It is very small and salty chips. We always order the same items in different KFC in Blackpool. I feel their is no value for my money what I spend.i never tried this in future.Food: 1/5

Just paid over £27 for inedible food, the chips were disgusting they were soggy and felt like they had been warmed up twice. The Zinger burger was as hard as a brick and put together as if no one cares. In this climate a take away is a luxury and I am disgusted at the food that was served to me. I have put the food in the bin and I would never purchase food from there again. I tried calling to speak to a manager and the phone was just ringing off the hook. I will continue to try and speak to the manager  and get a resolve. Very disappointed!!!

Just had 2 meals from here . Very disappointed half cooked fries squashed into a tiny bag . Chicken not the best and coke had hardly any taste. Worst value for money. Didn't even come in a box as shown, Will never go back and advise others not to Well overpriced poor quality food

Standard KFC, chicken was hot and tasty, staff were friendly and helpful plus the store was clean and bright inside. Visited on a Sunday afternoon and wasn’t very busy. There’s no car park or drive thru but was plenty of seating inside.Recommended dishesPopcorn Chicken

Been here before with no issues however our recent visit was appalling. Staff too busy talking behind the counter. Numerous items were missing from our order and when we notified them they looked at us like we were stupid. I NEVER received a mini fillet missing from my own meal. High chairs were ALL sticky to the touch. A blonde female member of staff sneezed as she was traying up food, did not wash her hands then proceeded to wipe her nose with her other hand and immediately continued to tray up food. As a side note the fillet burger I received was overcooked. I don’t expect much from fast food establishments but I do expect basic hygiene.

I mean KFC really has gone downhill hasn't it. They must pay the staff awful because they are never interested or happy. The food is alright, but you get less chicken now and more batter instead, at the same time the price has skyrocketed - more than inflation.Food: 3/5

My order was missing two portions of fries bag sealed with receipt so definitely restaurant fault not driver  ButI'm giving 5* because the food was really good ,and arrived within 25 min  Best KFC I've had in yearsFood: 5/5

Was served this evening by Emily, she was so polite and patient when I was asking about which krushems etc. Very welcoming, it was quiet so we discussed our jobs. Such good customer service when an employee treats you and makes you feel like a friend  People like Emily make business' succeed,  rathan than fail
