Can get busy late afternoon at tea time. Good customer service as I had to wait for an order to be completed and was given a complimentary upgrade and all meals were made large for no extra cost.

They do not allow teenage children to eat their food in the seating area, regardless of if they are well behaved, quiet, and causing no trouble. Funnily enough they are happy to take their money and order without notifying them of this beforehand, only to force them to leave once they hand the food over, and also refuse to give refunds on the food purchased. I get that they must have had problem children hanging out there, but to tar every child with the same brush ? Really ? These kids are the next generation of adult customers who will remember how they were treated, and consequently avoid the place...not very forward thinking of the franchise owner.

Never had any issues with KFC Cleveleys before but tonight our hot wings were cold and they did not put our 2 sides in. Only realised when we got home as it was a treat tea for my children and I. We did phone and told them. Was asked if we wanted to go back to collect sides. Or get them free on next visit. I opted for free next visit. Apart from that we have always enjoyed our treat tea.

Pity they changed suppliers. My purchase from Cleveleys was horrible. Soggy probably frozen. Wait till they get organised is my advice.
