I've always been a fan of Upper Crust. However this week I was very disappointed to find you have changed your breakfast rolls to cheap soft burger bun style bread rolls instead of the crispy home baked style. Still same money poorer quality. A risky move with Pret now open. My money goes there now.
My vegan Katsu sandwich was dry and tasteless How disappointing. Can’t believe ionoaid £5.99 for it Only started to eat this midway through my 2 hour train journey home with no other options tried to eat it so couldn’t return it and ended up putting half of it the bin Poor value for money and won’t be recommending to anyone
Went to collect a Too Good To Go bag. Katherine and Joe were very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Very friendly staff. Nice coffee.
Extremely slow service. Despite only 1 customer before me, no orders were taken and I had to give up in order not to lose my train. After a total waiting time of we'll over 5 min this is not acceptable. Cannot comment on food or drink quality since I never got to taste it. Please, train your operators so that they're fit for a railway work environment where time actually matters.
I decided to get a baguette from uppercrust to take to work with me for lunch, I happened to pass and they caught my eye. I don't usually buy my lunch but will start doing so as all the sandwiches were lovely and fresh.
