Brew & Brownie is a new independent cafe in York!

Story

At Brew & Brownie we are inspired by the seasons, our countryside upbringing, our urban adulthood, the food we craved as children, to the tastes we developed as we grew. We aim to bring this vision to life at our cafe and coffee house in the centre of York.

We have spent many hours researching and discovering some of Yorkshire's best produce, from Raydale Preserves based in the sleepy village of Stalling Busk, Elliot's free range eggs based in Bewholme to Wilson's Butchers based in Huntington, not mentioning Food For Thought's tremendous bread! We care where our food is sourced from and always look for the best quality produce to serve our customers.

Our coffee is sourced from a fantastic artisan supplier Carvetii Coffee, they love coffee and care about the sustainability of where their beans are sourced, take a look... http://www.carvetiicoffee.co.uk/

We hope you will join us to relax, eat and drink in our stylish contemporary interior, or if you're in a rush call in and grab an epicurean sandwich made with local artisan bread and a wonderful coffee. We look forward to meeting you soon!
