The location is fantastic in the Cotswolds. The property itself is spacious and has some cozy rooms, but is running down a little bit in some places, and what could almost be like country charm teeters on grimy or threadbare.

The owner has no regard for the environment, and engages in very dodgy practices such as dumping waste above a watercourse and destroying ancient woodlands.
