Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. my mum now 80 rang and rang rang, no one answers! after two days of trying to talk by phone; she walked to it, with her stick, along with her osteoporosis, bad legs etc etc, frail with old age; just for her prescription!! No parking for car! So all in all utter rubbish. Took her a good half hour to get there and of course same to return home. I was so angry when she called me. Thinking of getting her to move in with me, here in the High Peak area!

Pleasantly surprised with everything, from initial phone call to appointment, everything was quick and easy, no waiting time in the surgery, all good!! One point I would make is, personally I think it would be better if the reception window was open to at least advise patients to sign in on the touch screen, the reception staff are very nice and friendly so would be nice to be more open to the patients, maybe even move the sign in screen next to the reception window!

Whilst the doctors and nurses (Nurses in particular) are lovely, the waiting time is ALWAYS one hour plus, even when you have an appointment. This is criminal. The elderly and those with young babies included in this ridiculous charade and the reception stuff appear uncaring and bored despite much dissatisfaction in the waiting room, and many complaints. I am changing surgeries!

Even though the doctors, nurses and receptionists are great, trying to get in touch with the doctors on the phone is a JOKE! I phone and it goes straight to answer phone with a message that they're closed and they're opening times monday-friday 8.30-6. I wouldn't mind it's Thursday and lunchtime!!!

Expect patients to know how the surgery works when they've never used the place before. Shut themselves off in the reception area with a closed window which I thought was odd.
