The doctor not car about my son and myself disease! Many times I been the doctors I said that medication you are give me affect me very bad not help me at all..... but thy did not care what is happen to me! I asked her at lease refer me to consultant but said can't do that.... still live with to much pain and stress every day even look after three children one is has long diagnose I tole the doctor about my 2 years old sone's lines but doctor simply said don't know that just Waite until he's get 5 years olde I said just give me some thing until he is get bigger or 5 years old but he did not . my son entitle for disability benefits I told the doctor in Jun 2017 asked them write notes about my son's long disease and diagnosis thy said ok but in receptions said it's police to charge every one for any writing notes £10 after they charged me they said it take about tow weeks maximum but today is 20/10/2017 they still don't write it every time I am honing to ask it they said sorry com back after few days !

They need to sort their staff out on reception so rude and cutting the phone on your face and the doctors need to be more helpful than saying they cant really do anything. They are there for a reason not to just sit on a chair and get paid.

I have been a patient for a number of years and the receptionists and nurses in particular have always been exceptional. I have a few differing opinions about the Doctors but in the main, | have been looked after very well, the female Doctors all being caring, attentive and efficient.

Take forever to answer the phone. And the appointments are weeks and weeks away.

Never pick up the phone or change it back from being closed I find it rediculous and some doctors there really need to be seen by CQC
