Would like to say i am not impressed with recent events regarding my prescription its not receptions fault as they are always helpful and r probably as fed up as me as they dont know whats goin on my medical problems are hard enough without being told one thing off dr tomalin who was correct as my script was due tuesday and the other one who said it was due Wednesday which it wasnt as it is a weekly script if i had it on the 17th 7 days from that is 24th or it was when i was at school i admit a few times i have tried to get it early so i could go away for a few days but one thing im not happy about is being accused of altering paperwork and being quizzed in the waiting room with people there not very professional i would have rather been spoken to in private and regarding the situation it is about i have been in the chemist and asked them if i told them how many tablets were due and they agreed i told them and wasnt trying to get more medication i have brought proof in regarding when my meds were due and the other doctor still wasnt happy about giving me script even though i was right as i say its hard enough with my problems without being made out to be a liar when i have shown proof not impressed especially about being accused of certain stuff

This is a really good surgery. I've been a patient here for approximately 9 years, and I've never found anyone working here to be anything but kind, patient and friendly. I've never ever had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for an appointment. And because it's a fairly small practice, it's easy to build familiarity with the staff. Dr Tomalin is my registered G.P. I don't see her too often, but when I do, she remembers me from the last time and always asks about my well-being im general. Reception staff are lovely too! My Husband and I wouldn't want to move anywhere else!

Love everyone at this surgery. They are all kind and go out of there way to help you every time I visit.
