Vapiano in Manchester has a good, fresh pasta. The food was enjoyable, and the atmosphere was okay. What really stood out was the manager, he came over to check on us and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. It made the meal feel more personal. Would definitely go again!Food: 4/5
Well… the thing is .. you can’t sit in front of the chef when they’re cooking your food anymore. And that was the whole thing with Vapiano, otherwise it’s just another pizza/pasta place. Food quality was good though, but not amazing and service was quick enough but orders got mixed up a bit but sorted out in the end. Atmosphere is down on stars just because you can’t be there where they cook the food for you. They argued they changed this with Covid… well that was 4 years ago, just revert to how it was now
Came here on my final night while visiting a friend. We happened to wonder in an decided to try it. The atmosphere was wonderful and we were greeted by a very fun and upbeat server. He made the experience so enjoyable. The food was delicious I enjoyed my Gamberetti e Spinanci which is King prawns cooked in a cream and pesto sauce with fresh spinach, and Italian tomatoes. We had the chicken skewers and garlic bread to start those were both wonderful. I would definitely recommend the chicken skewers! I decided to treat myself and get the tiramisu for desert, I was very happy with my decision. It was the perfect end to my weekend in Manchester.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HERE IN MANCHESTER CITY!! Not only did they delay our order and forgot about half of it, which made our pasta cold, but also the pasta was soft and soggy with a disgusting doughy texture. What added insult to injury was biting into a plastic piece in the salad!!! I would definitely advise against visiting this branch or any Vapiano branch for what it takes. Vapiano just lost a very frequent costumer who started to advise against them.
The service was really fast, the waitress sat us down and showed us how to place orders. She wiped the table down and the cutlery was placed on table. The menu allows for customisation which was a nice touch. There also serve different types of pasta.cThe food and drinks came really quick, within 20 minutes of placing the order, however the toilets weren't clean or hygienic. The atmosphere was lovely and the decor was modern. There were lots of customers eating their lunch. Placed two orders of pasta, one was piping hot with steam coming out and the other was barely luke warm. The sauce was also very liquid, see photo after eating the pasta. The portion size was a bit small and counted 6 prawns.

The staffs are the best part of this place. They are so cordial and helpful. Also coming to food it's decent. Pastas are far better than pizza options available, however, you can try any food and you won't regretFood: 4/5
I visited Vapiano recently and had mixed feelings about it. We had to wait a long time in line because it was busy, and it took at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive. The order was oddly served too, dessert came first, then drinks, and finally the main meal. The handmade pasta was sticky and didn't feel right when eating. Also, the drinks were expensive, but we got very little. This isn't the first time I've had issues here; in the past, pizzas lacked enough cheese, and this time, it was a bit burnt; we had to also ask multiple times for utensils to be given to us as they were not delivered with the main meal. Overall, Vapiano has its ups and downs. The handmade pasta is nice, but the wait times and inconsistent food quality leave much to be desired.
Delicious! Went with a friend and we both go the salmon carbonara. Loved the fact you could choose the pasta you wanted, a fun novelty. The food came out quick and very tasty. Desserts were pretty pricey so we skipped and went elsewhere where. Really lovely locationFood: 5/5
