I find the staff at this surgery to be friendly helpful and understanding so I have no complaints. It sometimes takes a while to get through on the phone, however you’re kept informed of your place in the queue which is really helpful.
It is a great well run practice, the Doctors are brilliant, the staff are friendly and helpful. I think that some people who write negative reviews expect the earth from a service that is free, seems to have unlimited demand and stuggling with the aging population. Please remember that the vast majority of happy patients will not write reviews when considering their google ratings.
Drs always friendly, caring and open to questions Lucky to be registered here. The staff that greet you and speak on the phone are really nice and can tell they are really trying. I got appointment same day twice when I needed it. It was was busy other morning with baby injections , a lady who spoke little English and yet it was no problem at all. Nice people
Terrible. Left repeatedly without help. Fighting for prescriptions. Never any appointments. The most incredibly infuriating call waiting system, takes an eternity and every 10-15 seconds you're Told that you're on hold and you're in a queue, Over and over and over for 20-50mins. I've had it with them, years n years of negligence, never passing information around, new doctor every time, no one knows anything about you. Crazy, shambles. Should be shut down. I'm looking for a new doctor as we speak. Do not waste your time here, they're rude and unhelpful and likely cause you more problems than you started with. I went to get stitches removed recently, nurse had no clue about it, she changed the dressing n left them in, had them for 3 weeks! That's 2 weeks too long, so that caused pain and discomfort to remove as my body was healing over them... Just 1 small thing in a huge list of errors on their part. Terrible place!
Best GP surgery I have ever experienced. Drs are so caring and actually listen. Reception staff are really friendly yet efficient and professional. Dr Michael Hadjihari is simply a legend. If I could award him 10 stars I would. Thank you to Dr Michael and the entire team
