Story

The Quince Tree can now be found in the heart of Henley-on-Thames at the River & Rowing Museum. Situated on the banks of the River Thames, the café is just a few minutes walk from Henley town centre and the train station.

We offer a delicious selection of handmade patisseries, savoury treats and daily specials, all of which can be enjoyed inside the bustling café, outside on the terrace or as a take away snack.

You can also experience The Quince Tree in the heart of the city as well as the middle of the countryside. The Quince Tree Café is set in the multi-award winning Clifton Nurseries - London's oldest garden centre and surely one of the most tranquil spots in the capital.

Just an hour from Henley-on-Thames, located in the fashionable Maida Vale area, we offer a selection of our famous patisserie, savoury treats and finest teas and coffees, along with daily specials created in our kitchens for a tasty brunch or lunch.

The place is a hidden gem inside the city with a lovely setting and vibes! Loved the natural lighting. Food was okay and staff were bit overwhelmed! Recommended for a brunch

A lovely garden hidden in the city! Amazing little cafe for lunch or indulge yourself with cake! Totally recommended.

Has lunch with friends here and it was amazing. I had “the Dirty” which was really good and the smoothie was nice. Really enjoyed the ambience as well. Will definitely visit again

Reasonably large cafe inside a garden centre. Service and food was good and standard price for London. They have plenty of milk options, indoor and outdoor seating. Booking is available.

It was very romantic and beautiful place, there are many kind of flowers and the entrance pathway is very kind. The staff was very kind and friendly, I reached at the lunchtime. So, we ordered the Halloumi fries and superfood salad. The food was very delicious and healthy. Really, I recommend this place to recharge the battery.

Superlovely place with great attention. Quite pricey, but the usual thing in the UK. The surroundings are amazing, too.

Lovely setting. Hidden gem. Great for a meeting, coffee and cake! It gets busy during lunch but not to a point where all tables are taken. It was sunny but it wasn't too hot inside. Just perfect. Service was good too.

Such a charming place with an inviting atmosphere and great food! I started off with scones and a well-made latte. After sitting and chatting with my wife for a while, I transitioned to a nice Merlot and had a lovely Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend this place!
