Food tastes ok but portions small and service is very slow. Lady at till sitting around facetiming didn’t even notice customers coming in had to basically shout to her to get her attention.
If I could give -1 start I would. Absolutely TERIIBLE service, rude staff and the food came after 4hours I didn’t want it no communication nothing. Do not order from them. Don’t even waste your time and money with this restaurant. I should have checked the reviews before ordering! No wonder it’s 1star
This has to be the worst Chinese takeout I've had in London and probably one of the worst restaurants hands down I've ever ordered from. Food quality is shocking, service was terrible. I'm surprised they're still in business except to be probably laundering money. Avoid this place at all costs.Food: 1/5
Absolutely appalling!!! Food took two hours called to see where it was they said 3 mins away … 20 mins later it’s a 5 min drive from the restaurant still nothing I had to call yet again and no answer at all clearly see my number then she said I will call my driver. Women who is on the phone is rude and patronising food is always lovely from here but the service and delivery is not always the best!
Disgusting, sad to say. Ordered a chicken dish - it was chicken but tasted like red meat and greas from beef. Super greasy, tasted like beef even though it was chicken. No other taste whatsoever I don't eat meat, just chicken so a horrible experience. Only ate a little and felt sick .. need my money back for this. Do not recommend
not a good experience, was very shocked by the state of the place, my dishes all tasted bland, my lemon chicken was a dry over cooked chicken escallop with no lemon or sauce, my dumplings were supposed to be fried and when i got my order were uncooked. i will never ever order/eat here again, i'd go any where else.
Don't go there!, I walked in and said hi but the lady behind the counter just stared at me.. no greeting or nothing. Not even a smile! I then asked for curry chips with a bottle of water, she goes "no change for £10 note, buy water from shop outside then come back" I left and didn't return. Poor customer service and rude staff.
Nice staff but very average food. Lacking in any real flavour. Some dishes seem like they have been reheated rather than freshly cooked. Fine if you're looking for a quick bite on way home from work but not the best if you intend to feed guests etc.
This is the worst restaurant in the Bow area hands down avoid at all costs. Threw away the food it was disgusting, and the service was horrendousFood: 1/5
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! 1. Horrible Service. 2. Disgusting attitude 3. Rude and shouting down the phone to me & hung up the phone to me 4. Refuses to refund or compensate. Would put zero if possible. NEVER ORDER!
