Typical cozy english pub which I love. Staff is nice and fast, pub hase about 12 draft beers! Burger was delicios. There is a lot of TVs for sport matches to watch. Thank you, we absolutely recomment you a visit.
£2 parking fee for 3 hours, however, this is refunded when placing your order, we parked on the road as it was a Sunday and there was no restriction. fish and chips was enjoyable, hunter's chicken was delicious apart from the coleslaw - mayonnaise was watery, overly sour and smelt odd. that's not the worst part though. we arrived for our booked appointment, went to the QR point to check-in, staff looked at us, didn't say anything. one lady appears to be the team leader approached us, we thought we will be welcomed, she said "excuse me", we gave way, she went to clear a table at the outside seating. she walked back in, looked at us, didn't say anything, at this point I approached her to say we have booked a table, she told us to sit anywhere we like, and we did. we ordered via the app, got our food delivered, nobody checked if everything was fine with the food, we finished the meal, we left ... and will NEVER come back, nor word of mouth.
This pub is a fairly standard Greene King establishment. There is sport shown on several large screen TVs throughout as well as a pool table. Its proximity to the noisey and smelly North circular road isn't great. I admit I've not tried the food here.
Came to the pub for the first time on a girls night out and we were greeted straight away by the lovely Liam. He had a great balance of professionalism and friendliness. Recommend us some great drinks as we were very indecisive and they were fantastic. We felt comfortable and welcomed. We ordered a side of thick cut chips and onions rings and they were delicious! The portion size was also quite good considering it was only a fiver for both. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick drink/bite! Thank you Liam ;
This was my second visit and I was disappointed by the quality of the food. The choice of burgers was not exciting at all, it was not very original in terms of the ingredients. The relish for the vegan burger was not exciting either. As for the deserts, come on, they could have made an effort, it was low quality apple tart, industrial low grade with a horrible supposed 'vanilla ice-cream' which was actually coconut flavour ice-cream! Cheap quality too! The only highlight was the friendly staff who served me.
Good beers and food at this dog friendly pub with fast and friendly service. Sports tvs, and a pool table. Used to have a great steak and ale pie though often run out of it for days , then it changed to less steak. Opposite North Ealing underground station on the piccadilly line. This is a Greene King pub. Top rating 5 out of 5 for Scores On The Doors - Official Food Hygiene ratings.
This is local. We go there often, the staff is friendly, and the pub is nice and welcoming. The food is good for the price, and is served in good portions. We never leave hungry, that's for sure. They have a good beer selection, and do rotate often, but I wish they had a "craft beer" section. But we love going there, and it seems we are not alone. There are always people in there.
I have known this pub all my life and all I can say is the drinks and food have always been of a great standard. Ambience is great us you like pubs that are generally not too roudy but good fun during televised sport events. Staff have always been very friendly. It is also a great place to chill out and work on your artist, as I have just done.
Had a really Enjoyable Beef Sirloin Sunday Roast. Really tasty&Excellent Value&Lovely Staff ! Would highly Recommend. Thank you
Solid pub with quite tasty food. Staff very nice. Know to order at the bar as staff focus efforts there vs table service. Wide selection of quality beers, gins and food including some nice vegetarian.
