Ignore the reviews! I ordered from Justeat and naturally after ordering I came onto google maps to see the distance and saw the current reviews on here I can genuinely say the star rating on here does not reflect the food you’re getting their score on Justeat is very good btw The food arrived promptly on time, well packaged and their delivery driver was nice and polite The food was piping hot, I also got some free hot wings which were lovely. My order was the mixed chicken and lamb donner kebab with chips. Chips steaming hot, plump, lovely chips. The kebab meat… the chicken donner is probably the best I’ve tasted and I’m not normally a huge chicken donner fan. Awesome food Currently working down in London staying at the premier inn and I’m glad I’ve found somewhere nice to order from because when I’m here next, I’ll be ordering from King Neptune. 10/10 guys, keep it up
What an absolute scam of a business. I wanted to order fish and chips and found this restaurant, ordered two x cod and when asked what extras I wanted they offered beans, peas etc but not chips so I understood the chips to be included as I wasn’t given the option anywhere else to add them. And I don’t think I can be faulted in believing they were included when the total came to £30. When the order finally arrived sans chips but with dry cod, I was less than impressed. Scam artists. I will post this review every week if I need to to make sure people do not spend money on this restaurant.
Great tasting kebabs. Especially the mixed kebab. Lovely chilli sauce. Big portion and no stomach issues the following day, so can't comment on the bad hygiene reviews. Would use again. There picture tells it all.
Shame I can't leave a 0 star review, because 1 star is too generous for what I've got. Food was horrendous and unbeatable and it's been 14 hours since my last meal so I was quite hungry. Fish was an absolute rubbish, chips weren't any better. Called the restaurant and ended up listening that the food is good and we are the problem. Absolute denial. If you wanna order from there - you might as well throw your money in bin - will save you the hustle to wait for driver and then throwing the food out.
So i ordered on Just Eat and then checked the reviews. So it was a nervous 30 mins waiting for the food to come. But honestly I had to write a review and share our experience. Food was piping hot when it arrived and was within 5 mins of the estimated delivery time. Kebab meat was fab when hot but not as tasty once it cooled down. Chips are skin on but I prefer that as you know they’ve actually seen a real potato. They are the right size, shape and texture of a good chip shop chip though. Pie was a pukka so I knew exactly what I was going to get. We really enjoyed the meal. Will be our regular as long as our experience continues to be this good.
Horrible customer service!! I have waited my order for more than 2h, and it was delivered even though I have received a message saying my order was delivered. I have contacted the restaurant multiple times and I was told that I was not their only customers as they were busy enough and they could not do anything about it as it was the driver’s fault.” When I received my food was still hot and the driver said the restaurant lost my order as it was just too busy for them…. One thing for sure, I my will never order from this place every again.
Took my money, never delivered and then said they did. Waited about 2 hours and couldn't get through to them on their phone line once. Don't order here, just go literally anywhere else.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE , HAIR IN FOOD AND FOOD IS NOT FRESH HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR DAYS. If I could give 0 I would. Avoid food poisoning at all costs.
I do not recommend .. I had an order made tonight that everything looks disgusting the potatoes came in the pizza box and I thought it was pizza the driver stayed for about 10 minutes outside he spoke on the phone he took the picture to the order then he opened the order and it was really potatoes..but the salad came to me only a piece of lemon and it was not the fish that I ordered! after which the driver while he was outside cooled the food and called me to take it but I had no food .. I spent the money for nothing that is why I do not recommend waiting for the order at home because you do not know what's coming!
£30.00 for just cod that was cold and smelly - what a joke, 100% fake reviews on just eat! Keep away for this joke chip shop! Rubbish food rubbish service! Close this place done - 3 star food hygiene
