This is the second car I have bought from Lookers Nissan and again found it a pleasure,Angela Ede who I dealt with was brilliant very friendly and knowledgeable I think she was more excited than me about the car also the girl who done the handover sorry can't remember her name was also the same and explained everything well. I would have given 5 stars the only thing I think could have been better is the after-sales I think a quick phone call to see if your happy or have any problems would have been nice.
Saw a car on their website as I work in the area. Went to view the car and test drive it. Dealt with Jason from start to finish and couldn't have made it a more relaxed experience. Never once felt pushed or pressed to purchase the vehicle. He done his best to get the right deal for me. Always at the other end of the phone or email to help guide me through the process. All the cars were in immaculate condition. When my wife is ready to upgrade her car this showroom and Jason will be our 1st port of call. Excellent service
Very warm welcome at reception and quickly attended to by Lorraine who explained our options, models and answered questions very well. We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed. All options were explained and covered even though we knew what we wanted and expected. Our test drive was arranged very quickly and from then on, the sale went through very quickly and smoothly. Thank you to all involved.
I have used this garage for many years and the service is excellent across sales and the actual service department too. My latest visit was to explore getting a new car - the sales staff really want to understand what you want for a car and I feel listened to. There are no pushy sales tactics as the staff want to make sure the purchase of a car fits with your needs. I was able to test drive without an appointment, go through finance options and find out what new cars were available and what would need ordering. Communication is great including after you leave the showroom. Keep up the good work
Dan Laider in sales did a perfect job when buying my car here last month. The whole team from the receptionist, the service staff to sales all were fantastic. I've dealt with many dealerships over the years and this is the first one I've encountered that goes above and beyond. No hesitation in recommending.

Following my MOT last year, I arranged to have a light fitting replaced on my car. It took some time for the part to come in. When I finally took the car to be fixed I left it at the garage only to be called several hours later to be told that, when the part box was opened, the part was broken and could not be fitted. Another part was ordered and I was told that I would be contacted when it had arrived. In fact, no-one called me. Eventually, in the new year, I contacted the garage and was told that the part had been received, so I booked the car in again for repair. When I took the car to the garage, I asked that they check the part to be sure that it was not broken. The receptionist went out to the service area and came back to say that all was well, the part was fine. Imagine my surprise when, again several hours later, I was rung to be told that the part was broken and could not be fitted! The receptionist I spoke to that time agreed with me that she had heard me ask the other receptionist to check that it wasn't broken and that she had done so. When receptionist 2 asked receptionist 1 what had happened in the morning, she said that she hadn't in fact checked whether the part was broken, simply whether they had it. Not at all what she told me when she came out of the service area. Arrangements were made, yet again, to get a new part. On this occasion an offer was made to have my car picked up and dropped off at my house, which I accepted.
Angela Ede was very helpful. She provided me with all the facts & helped me find something suitable without pushing me towards a decision I didn't want. She even have new a lift to pick up there car as I didn't have transport.
I have heard so many reviews about people heaving bad experience at Nissan dealers, however so far so good for me. I found the staff extremely polite and helpful and when I asked a question about my QQ roof rack they couldn't find the answer so after trying very hard to sort an answer they are contacting the factory to find the answer for me. After it's service my car feels like new again. Very happy with the service.
Excellent communication from start to finish. Customer Service team professional, courteous and provide a personalised service. Overall, a convenient customer service experience, which is rarely seen in todays ‘profits over customer service’ culture. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and work colleagues.
