I Love buying a new car but dread dealing with car salesmen, particularly cocky self righteous young ones. What a relief to find a well experienced Jason Greaves. He has a non pushy plain talking demeanor about him and is happy to let you take your time. We knew what we wanted , year, colour but that was it. Lookers had a top of the range Techna in. 1 owner and low mileage . John Bendelow was our sales gentleman. He was informative, helpful, interactive and a pleasure to deal with. Unlike some car salesmen I've dealt with in the past 30 years. John was understanding that the car was the most expensive I've ever bought, wasn't pushy and helped me through the extra options that were available. I opted for the 2yr service package. When we picked the car up, he guided me through the paperwork and took the time to show me how all the technology worked in the car, or tried to. It will take me months to understand it all. I would definitely recommend lookers Nissan , gateshead. Tea, coffee and water if you want a drink , are always available. Hopefully I will be back in 3 yrs for an upgrade. I recently bought a car from Lookers. Angela helped me from the start, right through to getting the car.
