Nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly

We have had a couple of appointments here and we have been very happy with how they were handled. They were on time and the assessments were handled by ladies with a personality who treated us as human beings, A refreshing change.

Longton is a desolate, depressing place. The toilets with used needles strewn around, so many empty shops, the center has no incentive and i will never visit again. Absolute shame that the place i grew up in and enjoyed is now so bad.

Friendly knowledgeable staff dealing with all council/benefit based queries. Bit of a queue sometimes but generally dealt with quickly.  Excellent

A great centre but sadly, many of the shops are no longer occupied, which is a pity. Free parking would help its popularity, as the market adjacent is great.

I live near this place,  and the town itself was a little run down. But now it's starting to get upgraded and is looking much better.

Needs money investing into it. At the moment it is pretty much a ghost town full of charity shops and little else.

Helpful staff, easy to access building. No waiting time.

Very  useful place. City council'  departmens  are available and payments may be made  there

Only go pay rent. Staff are helpful
