Stopped off here on my way back to Scarborough after a days fishing nearby. Had chips peas and a potato scallop and not bad value at £2.50 however was a bit surprised by how small the chip portion was, tiny, small and barely enough to cover the tray bottom. Would of cancelled my order if I wasnt starving hungry and driven to the next chippy on my way home.
The actual chips that I did have were excellent, the peas very average as was the potato scallop. Spoilt for choice of good chippys over here at Scarborough so maybe a bit critical but average at best.

Not a big choice on the menu but lovely friendly staff, great prices and the only one in Thirsk I've seen that does potato scallops ❤

Good quality fish and chips, nice friendly atmosphere. There are tables to eat in.

Very nice fish and chips and cheaper than most too. Free to use tables and chairs which is useful if you have been visiting Teasdales on the bike.

Always enjoyed the fish and chips from here, never had any issues with them and I advise anyone to check them out. No home deliveries anyway.
