We had an old double glazing unit suddenly shatter. James promptly sent round one of his team to measure up and make the window safe. We had used these guys before to replace some other double glazing units so knew they would be a good price and quality product. They are a friendly and polite team. We will definitely call again when the need arises. Thanks very much.

The evening before going on holiday I locked myself out and was forced to break a window to get in. Someone came out that evening to board up the window and was quick and professional. I was told someone would be with me the next day between 2.30 and 4pm to fix the actual window. I phoned the next day to confirm the time and it was clear that the fitter allocated to me would not get to me by by 4pm as he was still in London and had 2 more jobs to do. I explained that I needed to be in London that evening as I was going away very early the next day. The company cancelled the 2 remaining jobs and told the fitter to come straight to me. Although he still arrived after 4pm and the job was more challenging than first thought he worked till 9pm in order to finish it. Having been originally told that the job would be completed by 5pm I asked for and received a 20% refund which the company agreed was fair compensation. The completed job was excellent and the company were clearly willing to do everything they could to get someone to me and when it was later than originally promised we’re happy to compensate me. For these reasons I would certainly recommend them.

Smashing Glass were super from start to finish. Jim was very responsive and the his guys, Donald and Dan were just great in terms of removing the smashed glass and replacing it with the new panel to the bi-folds doors. They were very careful with bringing the glass through the house and tidying up. Very professional outfit. Jim, the organiser of our replacement glass understood exactly what we needed and got to work on finding the replacement glass. His responsiveness was second to none. If you are in any doubt who to use for any smashed window or bi-fold door glass, this is the organisation/team to use.
I called them as my restaurant front door was smashed unfortunately. The response was instant and was very punctual. Danny came to take the measurements and install it. He was very helpful suggestive and went out of his way to exceed my expectations. This review is to praise Danny and the company. I have no hesitation to vouch for this Company. I needed emergency glazing replacement after a break-in. The situation was incredibly stressful on a cold, wet and dark Saturday evening. Smashing glass were very quick and responsive. They cleared up the mess, boarded up the door and had the glass replaced within two weeks. Dannie was very professional and knew his trade very well. I definitely recommend them and would use again. Dan did an out of hours emergency repair. He was quick to arrive, assessed the work, and began work. His work was of a high standard and he was professional throughout, leaving the site cleaner than when he arrived.
