Please update your google business hours. It says Friday 12:30 and you was closed when I arrived at 12:10. I was acknowledged outside and didn’t even have the decency to talk to me.

WORSE THAN CHINA!! Silver coating peeled off, making them look terrible, but the communication was even worse.. I messaged them. No answer. Weeks pass. I had to call them, to then be given an email address. I was finally emailed with 1 suggestion - maybe it's my fault? I then had to call to conclude - they want all studs back if I want a refund. I explained that I had to use most for a job, and that I was unhappy with the overall finish. Plus I no longer have the jacket I put them on, it was a custom job. When I took the picture of the faulty studs I honestly thought that would be enough. The finish is clearly bad. Dave then continued to turn my complaint back on me. Why don't I have pictures of each individual faulty stud? Can I even do it correctly? I've had a green machine for years. I do this as a job. I know how to use these products. This is the first and only time I will buy from London Trimmings Wholesale LTD. I shopped there because I wanted to stop buying from China and switch to local, but I guess I can't do that which is upsetting. I really wanted a professional, high-quality trimmings wholesaler in my city... but I guess I'll have to go back on AliExpress..
Dreadful service time and time again, finally I have given up. Wish I could upload an image of the packaging....16 zips in a box 50cm by 25cm by30cm. Unbelievable. Am sute someone at some point in time worked hard to create this business but its little more than a joke now.
Terrible at answering phone calls and emails. Service has become an absolute joke! You have to order by email or by visiting store and can't do it online.
