Wonderfully nice staff, especially Dan, who when above beyond in making us feel welcome and relaxed. The food was well priced and brilliant quality! Would recommend to any family visiting Padstow.
Great pub especially if you're a dog owner. At the time of our visit the four people in the pub had five dog's all yapping. Having said that the beer and hospitality is second to none.
Friendly staff, traditional English pub, clean and tidy. The food was excellent. I had three large shell on prawns and my partner had a fish finger sandwich both were flavoursome and satisfying. The only downside for me was only one choice of coke - diet which I’m not keen on. Otherwise a great experience :

The rear terrace is a great sun trap and sheltered. The Fish finger sandwich is excellent. Staff are very friendly. Well worth a visit.
Superb fish and chips with mushy peas and homemade tartar sauce, excellent value for money
Great little spot to have a drink on their raised outdoor roof terrace at the rear 8 x 4 seat tables. Go through pub to rear. Good St. Austell ales on draught.
Nice food and we were lucky enough to get a table in their terrace in the sun. Very friendly and polite staff
