What used to be a simple, quick airport to fly from, this place has gone down hill. None of the scales can accurately weight a ski bag, which is incredible for an airport that regularly flies to Switzerland. Then when the check in desk weighs it, it better match the weight measured by the oversized baggage desk, otherwise you get sent back to the check-in desk for a re-weigh! Blimey, I've never visited an airport where skis are such an issue!

Really cute small airport, takes no time to leave. I really like the planes that are used here as well. Public transportation links also good!

Small airport, very busy, feels very claustrophobic however, it is without doubt my favourite airport in the UK.

Quick check in, quick security, great facilities for a small airport and plenty of choice for food before your flight.

British Airways staff are excellent here, I don’t think there is a lounge here but it’s such a relaxed procedure I’m not overly bothered.

Easy access from London City centre with DLR access on the doorstep.

Take off and landing is always fun due to short runway. Would highly recommend.

Unique size airport. Very straight forward and simple in and out. But, very pricey once your get through security.

Absolutely love this airport! It's so quick to get through security and once in its a tiny airport so no long walks to your gate. Defiantly my favourite airport.
