Had a great, helpful and impartial chat today with the very well informed Thomas on values of various silver items I am interested in disposing of. This company are evidently happy to do home visits around greater London to do no-obligation valuations. I'd certainly be in contact with them again and they would be my first choice of company should they be interested in buying from me.
I just spoke to Thomas on the phone about some antiques I wanted to get valued and potentially sell. He was friendly, helpful and very generous with his time. He also advised me on which pieces would be worth selling, and which to hang on to for now. Very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. If you'd like to get an idea of the value of an antique and some expert advice, look no further.
I received fantastic advice about a ring: the advice was honest, helpful and very selfless. In fact they were clear that the ring was not something they specialised in and I might be better approaching an auction house. Their advice proved right and I was able to find the true value of the ring and achieve a good price at auction.
I contacted this company via email regarding some items. We were able to get the items reviewed via text and picture messaging. Thomas was very quick to respond and gave us his honest opinions and advice about our items, over a 3 day period. Each time I sent an image a response was received promptly. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

requested some information regarding a collection of coins and was provided with an answer via a phone call within 12 hours, I had previously paid a 5 day trial subscription with a well established on line valuation company over 3 weeks ago and still no answer. Great service and only had to use whatsApp to send pictures and my questions were answered via a pleasant phone call and not returned via a text.

Really helpful business. I called up with some photos of some old things from my parents attic. For no fee they ran through the likely valuation of each item over the phone and gave suggestions for the best way to offload anything. I would strongly recommend them to anyone else looking to do something similar.
