Amazing staff, amazing repairs! Recently I got my grandad’s necklace repaired and when I received it I noticed the length was shorter than usual. I went back and kindly asked if they had misplaced a piece of it during the process and they were so helpful. They could not find anything and said to come back in a couple of days- I said I would double check in my house. What do you know, I find the missing piece in my home! I ran back and asked for it to be fixed again and they kindly repaired it again for free. Lovely staff, great repairs- will always come here. Thank you!!
The handle on my Smart watch has been broken for months. I've watched countless YouTube videos to try and fix it and I have not been successful untill I walked into the shop. Hasan was very welcoming, listen to my issue and fixed the handle in seconds. I was left speechless, all free of charge. Excellent costumer service and friendly staff. 10/10 recommended. You will not be dissatisfied.
Great costumer service and really helpful staff! They managed to restore my ring without even damaging the diamonds! Highly recommend of you need a repair of any jewellery.

I went to Ozan Jewellery for a repair as my diamond had fallen out of my ring. I have trust in them as I've used them before and was happy with the service. The crown of the ring had to be replaced as the old one wore away. I collected my ring today and was very pleased with the result, my ring looks brand new, thank you Hasan you've done an amazing job!!
Went in this shop after A&E as well as multiple other jewellers failed to remove a ring that was stuck on my swollen finger. Ozan jewellers were really helpful working extremely hard to get the ring of my finger. They ended up continuing to work at it even after their closing time and managed to get it off! I am very grateful for their service
My ring got stuck on my finger and had swelled up. Ozan Jewellery saved me 5 hours sitting in A&E and was really helpful and caring to carefully cut the ring off. Amazing service and helpful people. 10/10
Got my watch battery changed here. It took them 2 minutes to do it and it costed 1/3 of the price asked by another shop across the road. I highly recommend
Been there a few times repair some stuff and the guys have been amazing! They always go beyond their way to assist you. I’m really satisfied with their service and the prices are reasonable.
Really helpful and friendly, needed a bracelet fixing, they fixed it quickly and professionally, absolutely 10/10 service, will definitely be back!
